COLOR: dark ruby red
AROMA: spicy notes with a prevalence of
cinnamon and vanilla, evidently
connected to the barrel ageing. Hints of
Morello cherry, plume and violet
TASTE: full, harmonious and warm. Good
structure which shows in the mouth the
elegant tannins of the barrel ageing and
of the bottle refinement.
MATCHING DISHES: roasted meat
WAY OF SERVING: can be served during the
whole meal: roast noble meats and aged
cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C in crystal
balloon shaped wine goblets
